Welcome to the Arendal Sound Club website (the “Website”), operated by Arendal Sound International As (“Arendal Sound,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Website provides a community platform for Arendal Sound enthusiasts to connect, share, and engage with content related to Arendal Sound products and audio experiences (“Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Website, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. By registering an account, you automatically create both a store account and a Club profile. This integrated setup allows you to access all services and benefits we offer seamlessly.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website strictly in accordance with these Terms. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Arendal Sound that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

4. Content and Conduct

Users may post, upload, share, or otherwise contribute content to the Website (“User Content”). You own all intellectual property rights to your User Content but grant Arendal Sound a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any User Content that you post on or in connection with Arendal Sound.
You agree not to use the Website to post or transmit any material that is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another’s privacy.
The Arendal Sound Club is dedicated to owners and enthusiasts of Arendal Sound products. To maintain the focus and integrity of our community, the promotion, mention, or discussion of products and services from other brands is not permitted within the club. User-generated content should be relevant to Arendal Sound products, experiences, and the audio community we foster. Failure to adhere to these content guidelines may result in content removal and could lead to the actions described in the enforcement of terms.
Members of the Arendal Sound Club are expected to uphold the highest level of confidentiality. Anything seen, read, or heard within the club must not be shared outside of the club. This includes, but is not limited to, discussions, images, audio, and any other form of information that is exclusive to club members.

5. Communications Consent

By creating an account on the Arendal Sound Club Website, you consent to receive electronic communications from Arendal Sound, including but not limited to emails, newsletters, special offers, and updates regarding new features and services. These communications may contain promotional content. If at any time you wish to stop receiving such communications, you have the right to unsubscribe by adjusting your preferences in your profile account settings. By selecting the unsubscribe option, you will be removed from our promotional email list but may still receive essential transactional emails related to your account and use of the Service.

Violations may result in, among other things, the user being blocked and removed from the Arendal Sound Club Website. This is to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users, allowing the community to thrive in a positive and constructive manner. Users removed for violating the Terms of Use may also be prohibited from creating new accounts, at our discretion.
